Body confidence doesn’t come from trying to achieve the perfect body. (ps, there isn’t such a thing!!) It does however come from accepting the body you have. I have struggled with dysmorphia. I think most of us women do in some way or another, at some point in our lives. But we have to quit being so hard on ourselves!! We are beautiful just the way we were created! Unique and lovey in our own special ways❤️
