Yes . Also it is about self acceptance and accepting the things you cannot change. I was happy my whole life except for a few patches here and there and my life has not been easy. The unhappy patches was when i did things that went against my values and believes and i hated myself for that. Self-loath prevents happiness. From now on I am doing the right thing . That works best for me to be happy.

@Eclipse yes sir...like soil around the seed. But there is something within one's understanding and perception that ripples outside.. there are people in worst situation yet they are spreading smiles..it's all depends how much you complain or understand...
