There is a lot of acceptance for transgender people...

what if it was possible with the same level of surgical quality to shift someone race... would you do that ? how would you react to that ? would that be ok ? would that be just an elaborated form of blackface ? could that solve racial tensions when people realise its just a skin tone ?

Yeah, I would roll with that. To me, it wouldn't be like blackface because the reason why blackface is wrong is because it's mocking black people, and mocking black people by "becoming" one is almost inconceivable.
