Something I was going to send but feel like a burden actually sending to any one person.

Hey,

I hope you're doing OK. Sorry to bother you, but I just need to get some stuff out and don't expect you to respond.

Feeling burnt out emotionally, between loneliness, depression, and rejection. Like I'm constantly being kicked in the chest by every negative thought that insists on swirling never-ending through my battered mind.

Not sure what I'm hanging on for right now. Even though this will pass, it never seems to get any better.
