I Observe

There is a safe position in observation, a passive one, needing time. Or, learning about your environment, people, situations, and adapt later, but better. It's a thought, I know there are people who naturally adapt, but to everything, the best way? I don't think so. To each one their style, I'm for diversity in a team. And am what I am.
