I Grew Up With An Emotionally Abusive Family Member

I'm feeling scared and really confused now as i found out my abusive parents are hiring a few men to track on me as i have been going out all day since i realized they have been abusing me in the guise of wanting "good things" for me. I found it out yesterday because a young man follow me so obvious that he looked at me, rided a motorbike right behind my back and follow the bus i got on untill i got down. I felt seriously horrified.
