I’m staying in an Airbnb. Check out is at or before 4pm tomorrow. She now just texted me at 1am asking me to check out before 11am. I wanted to sleep in tomorrow. 😡

This is one of the reason why I prefer staying in a hotel, you can negotiate your check out time.

In your case, you need to negotiate the prize. Makesure to let her know you will be deducting.
