Any advice for repairing cracked dry skin?!

You guys! My fingers are super dry and cracked. :( anyone have suggestions for lotion that repairs really dry skin. It’s sore and raw. :/

Lotions and creams for diabetics are especially good, because we often suffer from really dry skin. These are two that I like:
