I think this is mind boggling. Way more stars than grains of sand

There are 10 times more stars in the night sky than grains of sand in the world's deserts and beaches, scientists say.
Astronomers have worked out that there are 70 thousand million million million - or seven followed by 22 zeros - stars visible from the Earth through telescopes. The total is said to be the most accurate estimate yet of the number of stars.

@InterstellarButterfly but life could have lived and died billions of years ago too. You not only have to believe in the existence of life somewhere else but also at this same point in time.

Yes that is true but given the mind boggling numbers of stars and planets out there, it would be incredible if only one place had life right now.
