I Have Never Been In A Relationship Or Been Kissed

There's probably somebody in your neighbourhood who watches you go about your business everyday wondering how to start a conversation with you.
Here comes my shyness cure:
Smile at people you meet especially the ones you like, if you get positive feed back just make a passing comment the weather or whatever. After the first time talking to people comes easy, if anybody is nasty just make a note not to bother with them again.
Whenever you go out always dress as if you are going on a date (time permitting of course) that's when people take notice, when you look at your best.

You're about the age most people start having their first proper relationships. Don't give up yet. There's something out there for you.
