I Was Shocked
Someone I have been chatting to for sometime and getting on well with has suddenly vanished off the site without any warning. It has been quite a shock!

It happens. By no means should you blame yourself. Things in our personal lives sometime demand it or the realization of the relationship here is too much to handle. It's not hard to begin an emotional affair without realizing that's what it is and it's scary. I've been there a time or two on EP.

@Maggimay: no unfortunately. She didn't seem the type to ever have cold feet...so confident in everything she did.

Some (not to mention most) are fake. So, they let things get to a certain point until they can maintain it no longer...unable to go back, they take the easy road.

Ah ghosted? Yes happened to me a month ago....the always never knowing until you stop thinking about it...takes time depending on how long you spoke to begin with.
