What are views on this modern pillory? Kneeling with ankles locked behind. Hands much lower than neck but mainly steel construction unfortunately. Also the lucky thing still has her clothes on. Maybe she was just off swimming before she found out it was frame o’clock.
I know it’s not a swimsuit really !!
