Why and wtf

It's been 2 weeks roughly since my last period and here it goes starting again. WTF. This happened last time too it came over a week early and was thrown off guard. I've also been having pain in my left side next to my vag. It hurts if I bend or squat down especially. Only in that one spot. Moving in bed makes it hurt too. My body is being weird again
