It does...it has to pass through customs, be opened and inspected, reshipped to whatever address..and those assholes don't care how long it takes. Could be 2 weeks, could be 5.

If it arrives at all I have used wish a lot and have had as many parcels go missing as have arrived .

yeah, it's a very slow process to get goods across. which is why they do whole ship/container loads of things.

They use the cheapest courier service hence the delay. An order from China usually takes 40 days.

The cheapest courier service is usually used to cut costs in the business.
