Years ago, I read in a magazine that every time a major publisher publishes a book, that book uses up an average of one tree in the Canadian forests.
Trees are wonderful. I like trees. They take many years to grow. They are our oxygen giving friends.
So when I read a book, I ask myself the question, "Is this book worth it's tree?"
Often, the answer is negative.
