Our house was robbed

I woke up at 3am on the voice of my cat fighting in the street I went out running I found the garden door open. We have a small studio we rent it per day. A girl rented it yesterday. I usually take the id of those who rent it but this time this girl said she will get the id in the morning because there is a curfew and she doesn't have it now. Then I called her to ask why the door was open but her phone was off. So I went down and found that they took the oven washing machine and tv. I was so scared and can't sleep till now. The police won't do anything. Our house was stolen twice years ago but they didn't help at all.
