I Am Different [Being Different]

A note before anyone reads this: I don't care if people brush this off, thinking this is a joke. Just because the majority of the population doesn't see the rare occurence of abnormalities doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Sometimes, people fear the abnormality and choose to ignore it. Most of the time, it's fake like a magic show. Not trying to change your believes or anything. Just giving my two cents. Enjoy!

I don't know how to name all of my powers. They just occur spontaneously and sporadically. I previously posted how I have multiple powers and they just keep on coming. This one About a month ago in my genetics class, I happened to sit above a flickering light panel. Its annoying flashes kept me from listening to my teacher so I concentrated on panel so hard that the light panel stopped flickering for one minute. Suddenly, I felt a weird sensation of a liquid of high viscosity running down my nose. It was blood. My hypothesis would be that it was the side effects of the stress-inducing ability. Sadly, the light burnt out afterwards. If you were trying to prove to me that this light-flickering phenomenon is natural, I would like to inquire about it. Usually lights tend to flicker, then burn out. How was it able to function appropriately before burning out after one minute?

In another scenario, I believe I used telepathy. During that day, I was dying to go home after I failed to find a book I desired. Since I have always been a person who walks abnormally fast, I hated it when people blocked my path; this is a habit I acquired from the paranoia of being late to class every morning. That day, there were a lot of people walking on the sidewalks, a lot of slow, ignorant people and I thought "Why can't they just move out of the way?" When I reached yet another human barrier, my thought burst in my head with a sudden "MOVE!" A few people turned and stared at me with wide eyes while moving aside. This may have been one of my previous powers I mimicked. No, I didn't shout or anything, it definitely didn't slip from my mouth. Otherwise, there would be more people who would've noticed, and as well later that day, I was with my sister getting a cup of water and, she tripped with our coffee table, and dropped one of the cups, and 10 nano seconds before it hit the ground I went out to grab it, and I managed to focus enough and slightly I was able to move it across the room, still on the air, with out making any physical contact with the darn thing.. I had to lie to my sister and tell her I kicked it over to the other side of the room..

Anyways, I've seen a lot of posts about people who are able to sniff out idiotic storys or make up a false background. I think that power is present in all of us. With experience and a little education, anyone can write a novel or become a lawyer. I just feel disappointed in those who choose to announce their ignorance to the world.
I don't think lack of education, in it's truest sense of the word, comes into the picture of what you write. Experience and education won't make 'anyone' a writer or become a lawyer either, for that matter. What you are missing here is a person's desire to want to aspire to such things. Beyond desire lies circumstances; there are some things in life that a person will not achieve because life itself can often stop the process.

I feel sure I have the ability to write a book, but I never have done. This isn't because I knowingly went out of my way not to write one, but more because of how life itself placed obstacles in front of me in such a way that the desire dwindled within the midst of other issues which became 'new' priorities as my life evolved.

I wouldn't say that I don't believe what you say, but then I wasn't there to witness what it was you speak of so the case book is still open, from my point of view :)

Look, I've notice that we both have a completely different understandings of the topics, and it is better off to keep believing what we believe and stop trying to prove one is wrong and the other one is wrong... I rather stay with my beliefs of the topic and you stay with yours, than keep arguing with each over, over something I think we are never going to agree with.. We have different opinions and I think we should respect that instead of trying to prove to each other, either way we both know who we are and what we believe in, no need to prove the world, that is a sign of weakness... " Being Kind is way better than being Right " so instead of smack talking to each other, let's keep our personal beliefs, opinions, and thought to ourselves.... Because, what do we win just proving that one of us is wrong or right? Maybe both of us have the correct answer but in different perspectives.. Don't you think?

Nice meeting you- Olivia
Let me take a few moments. In what you replied within my responses, with your replies came questions from what are your beliefs. I wouldn't dream to belittle them, whilst at the same time I have my own beliefs to consider. It would hardly be topical to have positive responses from everyone who responds, and I'm not the only one who takes issue ONLY from my own beliefs; it's a perfectly natural exchange of opinions. The fact that what we each feel within our beliefs is what makes us equally as different to me as I am to you. In other words, neither you nor I have exclusive authority to declare we truly know the answer; instead, we believe what we believe, and I respect your personal opinions whilst holding my own; I wouldn't consider our exchange to be anything like an argument.

I'm not out to prove you wrong, Olivia, especially when I can never profess to prove I am right but ultimately it makes no difference who is right or wrong when the definitive truth evades past and present scholars.

Nice meeting you too :) ~F~

You have entered into a much larger word young jedi. Use the force for knowledge and defense never for attack. Seek out other star children. Much good you can do for the world.
