I Love The Human Body

Temperatures in work buildings and apartments are temperated to fit the male body. Studies were rarely done on both female and male bodies, so therefore women often find the temperature at work or school to be "too cold".

Also, the degrees in an apartment is set to be suited NOT for people who sit still, but for people who move around; hence warming up the air with some degrees.

Okay, this seems like a fair assumption. It is a lot easier to put on a jacket if you are cold than it is too cool of if you are warm. Guys dress outfits tend to be warmer, long sleeves, tie, pants, collar done up. Nobody wants to work with people drenched in sweat...

Exactly, you could always put on more clothes.

You also use your brain better in a cooler environment.
