I Miss Mom

I was nine when my mom left. Let's just say she left to have her own life. I had mother/daughter days with her but I miss doing that. I haven't seen her in nine years...well it will be nine years this year. Why did she have to leave. I do talk to her on the phone sometimes....if she picks up. She barely calls us back or call us. She never called us on our birthdays....EVER! Dad has been raising us by himself since 2011. I wanna see her.

I am sorry. It’s not easy to feel abandoned even though you realize it’s your mom who has issues. I hope you get an opportunity to see her and she doesn’t disappoint you. Meanwhile don’t forget that your dad is a hero. 🙂
