I am so sorry to hear of your mother’s death. We lost our mother when I was 12 due to a brain aneurysm. I got picked up from school by my grandparents. It still feels like yesterday.

Sorry for your loss. They say time heals all wounds. This is not true. Time scabs the wounds over a bit, but the mind keeps picking at those scabs.

This is not a bad thing though because it is good to remember those we love. Even their loss.

I am so sorry to read this. That's not very long ago. The pain will get less and less as your memories will gradually turn from sad to happy. It will take a while, But every day, with exception here and there, will get better.
