Mine is a bit of a strange one

I have no idea why, but I'm terrified of bellybuttons. Even seeing them makes my heart race and my hairs stand on edge, and I don't know why. I can't Look at anyone touching theirs and I can't touch mine much.
I don't know what has caused it, I haven't had any bad belly button experiences (that I can remember) and I don't know when it started or how to get rid of it.
