I Love the Night

It's beautiful here tonight.

It stopped raining. It's late enough that it's quiet when you go outside.

You can almost fool yourself into thinking no one else is around. Until some stupid loud truck goes by. Lol

I moved to the mountains a few years ago, the night here is quiet and the sky is beautiful but I miss the sounds of the city sometimes. I use to love the sound of the train and how it sand such a mournful lullaby, "I am not with you it said, but you are not alone." I would ponder that and think that maybe god finds little windows in our mortality that reveal our eternity.
