1. They feel just as uncomfortable as you do. We all want to be accepted, you so more.
2. One day at a time, give them time to know you. Ask questions from them, people may not know how forward or backward to be.
3. Be patient with yourself, forgive your family for not taking care of you. This all, is not your cause, your fault.

Just hang in there... In my experience, it is always difficult for anyone in a foster home when a new kid arrives..the foster parents, their biological children, the foster child or even the dog have adjustments to make. Happy to chat about the subject... hit me up with a message if ya want.

It’s not your anxiety. Your foster parents are responsible to make you a part of the family.

I hope everything works out for you. Good luck.

Has it improved at all? I know in our family we do the best make everyone feel welcome.
