Seems like a lot of the mature adults are missing and it's taken over by teenager mentality.

Between the Covid talk and US politics, yes sadly we lost some good peeps

Maybe people used to talk about their lives. Now a lot of people can't do much of anything because of shutdowns and limitations, so there's not much else to talk about.

I'm ignoring most political posts as well.

There's so much more to talk about than politics. bijouxbroussard has mentioned a lot of other things worth discussing.

Music, art, movies, family, non-political current events, relationships, pets. I’ve always discussed politics, though, even on EP.
Of course there are also the folks who post about sex and fetishes.

The place has been infested with politics, like all social media lately. I guess a few of the non genuine types will fade away now.😷

Trump is the one playing politics with covid and brainwashing his supporters.

There used to be an SWer called SarahPP who I used to have some great chats with. She lost her patience with people treating Covid stats like an Olympic medal table and being callous.
