I think it depends on the person meeting them. The hello would be like finding a part of yourself you never knew was missing, where as the goodbye is like having a piece of your soul torn away. A wound that will never heal, and the prospect of that kind of connection scares people. Too afraid to drown in such depths. Tis not for the faint of heart
