I Invest In Real Estate

SERIOUS QUESTION: I'm trying to help a person who owns a kinda big piece of terrain and wants to sell it, but no one in this area is interested in such a big thing. Can you suggest a REAL ESTATE agency who buys and work in many places of the world?

You have to be more specific how much land is it? Also agencies only makes money on commission so if they can’t sell it or get a good price for it they won’t touch it. A lot of times if you want to sell and sell fast it’s better to use a wholesaler who can sell it usually in about two weeks and sell it to a cash buyer

@SW-User It's about 7.000 square meters. Uhm so he should look for a wholesaler...

@Sharky86 I don’t know actually I’m the United States that’s just a little over an acre and a half of land. I brought 7 acres for 7,000 dollars. It’s not uncommon to have that much square meters or more. However the same principle should apply everywhere. Wholesalers can sell fast and only to people buying with cash. An agency will take their time but sell it for a much money as possible so they make more in commissions. I don’t know how the market is where you’re from but a wholesaler will always sell faster than an agent.
