My tenants had trouble moving furniture up the stairs so they of course sawed it off.

I raised holy hell about it so they glued it back together. 😃 The first time I walked up the stairs two spindles just fell out. I don't think that they will get back their full security deposit. 😃

@sighmeupforthat We have a deal. I borrow money to buy houses, my tenants pay it off for me. 😃 Worth a little hassle.
