When you go to bed, try to empty your mind of distressing thought or worries. Trying to continue your day to solve your problems, although it's time to go to bed, will not help you to sleep - and you're crying in reaction to this.
Bedtime is RELAXING time. Worry about your problems during the DAYTIME, when you can do something about them. Then, when you retire, close your eyes and blanken your mind. It can be done - and you can do it.
