How to comfort your girlfriend through labor ?

Me and my girlfriend are having our first baby together in August she has a son from a previous marriage she really has no close family except for her uncle and her ex husband's 2 older sons are like her family she has some cousins around here too other than that it's just gonna be me and her I never had kids before. She's terrified of hospitals and has a fear of needles. How can I help her ?

🧐 Encourage her. When she is having trouble, tell her things like you got this, or you can do it... when she gets the epidural talk to her through it... tell her things like i cant wait for us to meet our child... and when she is recovering, make sure you show her that she is still beautiful. a lot of things change after birth, and us mums feel icky and gross....
