I Am Shy

I just rather stay home and watch a movie or read a book as well. I love people and am outgoing but I don't care for the party scene.

It's okay to be like that. I have been most of my life. You can learn to adapt but your true inner self doesn't change. And why should you? There's no law that says you have to be an extrovert - although society seems to look down on introverts, even in terms of education. Schools often try to force quiet kids to "come out of their shell", which is grossly unfair when they undoubtedly have talents. They just don't want to be exhibitionists.
