I Don't Feel My Age

That's exactly how it should feel. There's no actual change in who you are. You just lived past a certain date. It's just a cultural milestone because the US considers 18 to be The Age You Are An Adult. There needs to be a cutoff, but obviously in practice it takes a lot longer to mature and figure out who you are.
