Of Course... But the global nature of war has changed.. It isnt superpowers on the world stage any more.. Its small proxy wars. If global conflict takes place now its being fought with Global money and trade. That way an economy can be trashed, without the post war damage bill and huge loss of life on the side of the winner. Loser pays.😷
