I feel love is an ethereal quality that exists between two people who have genuine affection for one another and their absence produces almost withdrawal like symptoms. Like someone had amputated a limb. You become essential to one another but also more vulnerable. So anything that you do that might hurt the other unintentional or not will be worse because of the strength of devotion between the two.
