Hello everyone...

I was in depression for a few days...but now I am fine and also very happy too... So all these days I kept myself happy☺️☺️😊. I watched a lot of animation movies and series these days.😅😅😝.. so now I'm feeling better.. and thought to rejoin here. ☺️☺️🤗💖🥰

You know yourself better than anyone so when you feel the depression coming on do something to combat it. Exercise is extremely helpful.

@Pitchblue 😅 I do daily.. so I'm kind of habituate of it.. so what I need to do is only focus on myself.. what I love..!! what I like..!! Or what I want to do.. !! So I just paying attention on me.. that's simple
@SW-User I have a hard time with positive reinforcement my brain clicks onto negative sht all the time.

@Pitchblue just nothing you have to do.. focus on your abilities , your likes and dislike.. and remember one thing if you'll be happy all will going to be great in your life..
