Anyone know why it hasn't been renewed for season 4 yet?

Toxic fan base. Writers are stuck. Maybe too much oversight. Could he lots of things.

As it is I think the season finale of Rick and Morty was pretty good. Everything gets reset and the story we were following is over. There are unanswered questions but that's life.

@Doomflower S3E1 blew me away & officalized it as one of my top shows. S3 Finale to me felt anti-climatical. S2 finale was REALLY GOOD. I feel like making a fan series if need be, same with Community. Animation takes quite the long turnaround. That kinda turned me off from doing it. I question if they really are fans if they're recurringly hateful to whatever franchise. If it means to retain high quality too I'm most certainly willing to wait.
