I Live In the Present Moment

All We Have is Today

What has happened in the past, is over. We can't go back, all we can do is learn from it. Some people are trapped, stuck and have let the past define themselves.

We don't know what is going to happen in the future...best laid plans are oft in vain.

All we can do is learn from our past and move forward...All we really have is the present moment.

So live it fully, have no regrets, learn from our mistakes and make the rest of our life positive..that is my motto.

You are right on the money with this one. My thought is simply....that past is now an illusion, you can neither change it or make it become anything more than history. Time is constantly moving forward, their is no reverse what has occurred...good or bad.

We should always maximize every moment and take time to enjoy it, soak it all up and let your senses be engulfed in the present.

Also, relish every kiss, hug and touch.....they bring joy, happiness and peace to the soul. Can I touch YOU? :P

This is very true. The past is nothing more that a collection of memories and the future hasn't been written. So all that really matters is the moment of right now.

Honestly I am a very spiritual and have thought of all of us as powerful spiritual beings having a human experience for a while. We are just here to learn and the final destination is not so important as how we deal with the journey along the way and what we learn from it.
