I Feel Sad When You Are Sad

I hate seeing her struggle and knowing there is not a damn thing I can do about it. It literally breaks my heart and stirs up some very raw feelings for me.


Seeing her turn away to cry or when she is talking to me and i hear her voice break and I know the tears are about to flow free.

I feel her pain as if it is my very own.

I try to catch her as she free falls but I dont always get there in time. All I can do by that point is listen and try and point her in the right direction and show her how much she is loved and needed.

Her sadness is my sadness.
