I Love Wedge Heels
They are so easy to walk in and less obtrusive than separate heel units. Ideal for my purpose - wearing heels all day in man mode.

I'm finding myself on tiptoe when not wearing heels. It doesn't hurt to put my feet flat but it's more comfortable with my ankles flexed a bit. It's also much more comfortable for my back, as I've said.
