I Am Getting Fitter

Very much so. I'm progressing nicely on my runs and strength training too. But, my weight just stalled.

I know I should give it another week or so to start moving again. Also gotta keep taking things to a whole new level. It's just slightly disappointing to not really see that much improvement.

I've committed myself to this workout regimen and healthy lifestyle til my birthday in January. Overall, I stuck with it so far and I have a little over three months to go. So we'll see what happens! 馃槉

Not that much improvement is better than no improvement . Hang in there sometimes you have to slow up and smell the roses and catch your breath for a minute look at before and now , get recharged and then continue. You will succeed in the things you set your mind on if you don't lose sight of your goal. Good luck.

@Repete true! It could be my body composition is changing. Putting on more muscle than I'm losing fat? My body type puts weight on quickly but tough to lose.

You will make it to where you want but sometimes you have to be patient . It sounds like you've done a good job so far , keep up the hard work and you will be rewarded in the end.@XReaganX
