I Am Getting Fitter

Very much so. I'm progressing nicely on my runs and strength training too. But, my weight just stalled.

I know I should give it another week or so to start moving again. Also gotta keep taking things to a whole new level. It's just slightly disappointing to not really see that much improvement.

I've committed myself to this workout regimen and healthy lifestyle til my birthday in January. Overall, I stuck with it so far and I have a little over three months to go. So we'll see what happens! 😊

don't give up - keep at it - the results will come - the body sometimes feels and looks like nothing is changing but it is ---keep going!
