I Am a Libertarian

I use to be, but I don’t believe in human rights anymore or any rights claims aside from constitutional or legal rights. It is an article of faith predicated on several unwarranted assumptions about “human nature” (as if our nature were a hypostatic state). Human rights is a human invention just like morality and religion.
