i am so sore aftre having a fall yesterday i was fine a little while ago but its starting to catch up with me now

@Sienna32 thanks i think im hurting worse because i didnt fall fowards i fell backwards onto my back onto the ground outside luckly i didnt hit my head

@Sienna32 i didnt fall off of anything i was doing soe yar work and walked into a pill of tree branches and parts of a tree that were behind me i didnt relize they were behind me when i started to fall but im really sore from it
