I Am Always Improving Myself

I felt embarrassed and sorry that I argued with my colleague today and found out that I was wrong. I was shocked to know the concept I have had for 6 years was wrong.

I hope I would keep calm and polite and open to other people's ideas.

I appreciate this very much. I am very stubborn and hold on to my ideas tightly, so when they are proven wrong, I also get embarrassed. Truth is, humility is valuable lesson, and one you've learned today. Stay calm, you've got this. :)

No worries though.

We all make mistakes.

And when we admit them, apologize for them and try to be more open to other ideas,

people tend to respect us more.
