I Am Trying to Be a Writer

...But I can't write. I always get too distracted or stuck with Writer's Block. I've never been able to finish anything I've started and have an entire massive library of unfinished files.

I've been looking for someone who can help me get my stories finished, but my search has proved fruitless

Do you plan out your work before starting the writing? I've found, having a plan for each section/chapter, all set beforehand, does help me carry one.
