I Am Afraid

It's hard to admit but I am always scared everything and it's such an unpleasant feeling. I wish I didn't feel scared all the time, but I try to apply some understanding to my fears. Years ago I would beat myself up for not being stronger. But I think I'm I am strong because I try my best despite all the anxiety and fear I get
