I feel really bad for everyone in this situation, but it's nice to see footage of American police officers being extremely patient and kind. Not to downplay the severity of police brutality, but this is the kind of footage my mind flashes back to every time someone gives a smooth-brained ACAB take. The police shouldn't be having to clean up this mess; it should be in the hands of social services. But our government has failed us and these dudes here are just left to pick up the pieces.
