I Care For a Sick Relative

I've just got home from seeing my grandma and she's tonight she asked me "i want to rest now. I want to go. Can i go?" and i told her yes she can then she said "take care of my girls,cause they will worry and stress." she was speaking about her 6 daughters so i told her and i don't know what made me say this " Don't worry, I will take care of them.I will do it for you,just as I've taken care of you i will do the same for them. You can go rest now. I won't be angry. I just want you to be happy,cause once you are happy I will be happy." then she told me "Your grandpa wants cake,but chocolate cake" My grandpa died years before i was born and so i told her "well when you go to see him, take him some cake." she then started crying and I tried not to cry. My aunts have all asked me not to let her see me cry,cause I've been her strength all this time. I tried my best. I love her with all my heart. She then said " You dont have children yet but when you do they won't know about me." and i told "don't you worry. I will tell them about you and of how much i loved you."
