I Feel Silly
Maybe it's time to let my kids have more control of their lives without judgement over their choices. I guess I learnt as I went through life.

I'm not where you are, but I can imagine it's hard to let go, but it's necessary for then to grow
Just always be sure they know they can still come to you. That will help encourage them to.
