I Eat Weird Food Combinations

@Maggimay It's called "zult" when it's ready, after it's boiled for at least 5 hour, the meat goes through a grinder, mixed with spices, pickles and vinaigre and then stiffen up in bowls, we eat it cold with bread 😊

@SW-User Oh I got you. Something like a galareta but it is made with hooves though.
My dad use to love that zult, I remember him getting it at the local butcher. Pig brains I use to call it, I have never tired it.

@SW-User I made that first time for Christmas. No one liked it. fools. Hahaha. I think now that I am older, I could appreciate it. I love haggis so I am not afraid of funny food. I love tribe too.
My dad had good taste Kingy. His passed away now.

@Maggimay It needs some experience to come to the ideal combination, it took me three times to get it right to my taste.
