I Am Struggling At Work

I enjoy working I really do. I love to stay busy and to feel like I have a purpose. However its been tough lately. I work as a supervisor at a super market for the time being and at first I enjoyed it. But recently I lost alot of people I have worked in the past with who were amazing workers and managers but not im stuck with teens who never show up and managers who seem to care less.

Those "teens" are the main reason I retired early...that was all we were getting and 90% of them were so incredibly lazy and whiny " too much work..not enough money, my alarm didn't go off" Welcome to adulthood kiddo. So frustrating to work with people with zero work ethics.
